Ian | Owner
Ian has been working in the fitness industry for 10 years and has helped hundreds of clients of all ages and backgrounds learn to love fitness. His mission is simple — to help people build strength, confidence, and discipline that carries far beyond the gym.
As the owner of Heroes Fitness Cedar Park, Ian is deeply focused on supporting his coaching team so they can deliver the best experience possible to every client who walks through the door. He believes great gyms are built through great coaches — professionals who care deeply, lead by example, and bring their best every day. Ian’s role is to empower his team with the tools, education, and culture they need to help clients get lasting results and truly enjoy the process.

Erin | Head Trainer
Erin has been working with clients since 2019. With what started as a drive to help women in pregnancy and postpartum, evolved into a passion helping women find their strength. As a mom and professional, Erin is able to help her clients navigate the challenges of managing life stressors and making health a priority.
Certifications include: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Pregnancy and Post-Partum Athleticism Coach, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Certified Online Coach, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NCI Nutrition Level 1

Madalynn | Trainer
Madalynn has a BS in Health & Exercise Science and MEd in Health Behavior and Health Education. I have been personal training for 6 years, working with all ages and abilities from sports performance for young athletes to helping those over 70 age gracefully and keep moving. I have also taught Nutrition and Public Health at the college level.
My focus in personal training is to help others by using exercise to make life outside of the gym easier. I find it important to meet people where they’re at to help get to know your own body and build confidence doing physical activity. -

Cara | Trainer
Cara is a mom of three who knows exactly what it takes to stay strong and fit in the chaos of real life. With over seven years of coaching experience, she’s built her reputation on keeping things simple, effective, and sustainable.
She’s passionate about helping women—especially those 40 and over—become the strongest they’ve ever been. Cara believes in empowerment through lifting, pushing your limits, and proving to yourself what you’re capable of inside and outside the gym.

Jon | Trainer
Jon brings a unique blend of experience, discipline, and real-world grit to Heroes Fitness. As a father, former MMA fighter, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, and certified Olympic lifting coach, he understands what it takes to build strength that actually matters—both in life and under the bar.
With years of combat sports and strength training behind him, Jon specializes in helping men reconnect with their power, confidence, and drive. His coaching style is straightforward, effective, and built on the fundamentals that create lasting results.
